Dolores was born on January 31, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Leonard and Mary (Reaph) O'Regan. Her greatest joy was time spent socializing with her family and with her many friends, especially her sorority sisters from West Catholic Girl's High School, Class of 1950. Dolores will always be remembered for her kind and caring character as well as her outgoing and cheerful nature. She quickly made friends wherever she went and always had a lasting effect on anyone she encountered.

She went on to West Catholic Girls' where she was active in coordinating social activities for her class, and created lifelong friendships. After graduation, Dolores continued to stay involved and assisted with organizing her class reunions for more than 50 years. In addition to marrying and raising a family, Dolores worked for many years as an administrative assistant at Hahnemann Hospital and at the Boeing Company.

Dolores is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles, and by her sisters Virginia (O'Regan) Collins and Ann (O'Regan) Bulkey (Charles). She is also survived by her children Charles (Mary Jane), Virginia, and Freddie DePrince (Rick). Dolores is grandmother to Richard Durkin, Daniel Durkin (Leslie), Katherine (Durkin) Schlager (Charles), Emily Durkin, and Marissa DePrince. Her great grandchildren are Derek Durkin, Charles Durkin, and Henry Durkin.

Dolores was predeceased by her beloved daughter Mary, her siblings Leonard O'Regan, Robert O'Regan, Mary O'Regan, Angela (O'Regan) Treiber (Michael), and Daniel O'Regan, and by her brothers-in-law Edward Murphy and John Collins.
