Tribute & Message From The Family

Lauren Marie Jamack, of Blackwood, New Jersey passed away unexpectedly on July 28, 2020 at the age of 26. She was born on August 5, 1993 in Pennsylvania to Kristina Jamack and Bekir Celikay.

Lauren was exceptionally kind, yet fierce. Lauren's kindness was not limited to just people, her love and care for animals was also very important to her.

Another one of Lauren's exceptional qualities was her infectious sense of humor. If Lauren's smile couldn't light up a room, her sense of humor and wit certainly would.

Although Lauren is not with us, the light she had inside her lives on in us; and that light can never be extinguished.

Lauren is survived by her parents; her sister, Ashley Celikay; her grandmother, Rosemarie Jamack; her grandfather, Recep Celikay; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Anthony M. Jamack; her grandmother, Rosemary Celikay; and her uncle, Thomas Jamack.

Immediate family are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074. Prayers will begin at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the following types of non-profit charities in her honor; animal shelters, homeless shelters, addiction recoveries, mental health, feeding the poor, or anything to do with helping babies and children.
