Harry Wellington Clark Jr., "Skip" age 75 of Philadelphia passed away suddenly on March 22, 2020. He worked as a Philadelphia Police officer for 20 years and upon retiring worked for U.P.S. for another 20 years. Son of the late Harry W. Sr. and Helen M. Clark; father of the late Robert Clark; brother of the late Helen Clark. He is survived by his sons Harry, Joseph and Michael; his sister Kathleen Porter; loving niece and nephew Dawn and Matt Tierney and several grandchildren. Services and Int. Private.

Harry was a LEADER and a very strong man, he took me under his wing the first time we met in 1999. To come back and be able to work along side Harry again was more to me than anyone knows... I am glad I got the chance to know Harry. HE WILL BE MISSED.
