Aunt Joan was my favorite family member on my father's side. She was a wonderful Aunt and the most beautiful person. When I was a child on Holidays she would always make sure my Dad was at her house to see us. Going there was my favorite time of Christmas . Aunt Joan RIP Until we meet again.❤

Jane Markhorst. Aunt Joan was a second mom to me. She helped me immensely.
Aunt Joan and I would get together. She told me to learn ceramics, cross stitch, crochet and knitting. We would often sit outside and do these things. She was a beautiful person

I'm so sorry to hear of the family's loss. She was a wonderful person and a fun aunt. I remember her and Uncle Tom taking me and my cousin, Keith, shopping for our birthdays when we little. Aunt Joan was a great dancer as well and was always smiling. I will miss your FB messages. RIP
