To the Nelling Family
So sorry for your loss.
I knew Fran from my interactions at Interboro High School when I was having my Yachtstock Rising Stars Vocal Competition at the school from 2009 thru 2012. I had to meet up with him to get the approval to hold our competition at the high school. He was a really nice guy and very helpful to me to be able to get our event into the high school.
He sometimes may have had that tough attitude but he was their if I had any questions or needed something for our event.
I may not have known him that well but he always loved to talk about his family when i saw him in his office and his job at the school
when I showed up to talk about what I needed for our competition at the school.
From me and all my staff of the Yachtstock Rising Stars Vocal Competition we send our deepest condolences to Frans Family .
May he rest in peace.
He will be missed.
Heaven has gained a new angel.
