Tribute & Message From The Family

Louise C. Lubinsky, age 78 of Lewes, DE, passed away at home on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on April 10, 1941 in Ridley Park, PA, daughter of the late George and Doris DeGrave.

Ms. Lubinsky made her career as an inspector of electrical components, employed with Clifton Precision and Wire Mold Company. In her spare time, you could find her crafting and refinishing old furniture. Ms. Lubinsky was an avid gardener and loved going to the beach. She was a loving mother, grandmother, step grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lubinsky was preceded in death by her brothers: George, Art, and Rich DeGrave. She is survived by her husband and partner of 25 years, Robert Rufo; her sons: Jerry Lubinsky, Randy Lubinsky and his wife Debbie, and Mark Lubinsky and his wife Kelly; her grandchildren: Paul and Emily Lubinsky; and her sister, Doris Natrin. She was also the loving grams to seven step grandchildren and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA, where friends may visit beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow services at Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ms. Lubinsky's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or by visiting their website at https://www.stjude.org/donate/

Louise and I met in high school and became fast friends. Then we lost touch over the years but then my husband met her out shopping one day and met up again and been friends ever since. One of my best friends who I will miss very much. Love to you Lou and rest in peace.
